Due to an active fire and the use of hydrants, residents on the Winchester water system may experience brown water from time to time until afternon on Saturday, April 18.
This discolouration is not a result of contamination and water continues to be safe for consumption.
The township hopes that this discolouration will resolve over the next 24 hours.
