What is it? An open event to everyone who wants to learn or find resources to help with mental health, wellness and much more from organizations across SDG and Area.
Where is it? Winchester Arena at 577 Main St. on May 15, 2025 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Who is putting it on? The Teens from BGS Dundas & North Dundas High School. "We are trying to break the stigma around mental health and over all wellness."
What will I get out of it? Explore mental health supports in and around SD&G for youth, teens, parents, and adults facing mental health challenges. Learn to recognize signs of distress while fostering open conversations about mental well-being.
