The Babyvine provides support for pregnant parents and new families. There are various ways I can help new families, including practical support such as light housework, meal preparation, caring for a new baby while parents get some rest or a shower, sibling support and help with new born care. Also, informative support such as providing local resources and emotional support, reassurance and a space to be able to laugh, cry and chat. 

HealthGirl is an inclusive health and wellness community offering different styles and levels of yoga, fitness, meditation, mindfulness, nutrition and wellness classes, courses and workshops, as well as personalized coaching services. We strive to help all individuals be healthy, accessibly and sustainably, at every stage of life.

Our goal at Illume Physio is to help you heal from an injury, learn how to prevent future injuries, and provide pain relief through our customized treatment plans.

Volunteer Program: Trained, screened, supervised volunteers to sit with clients in their homes, companionship for clients and respite for caregivers, or provide other practical assistance.

Palliative Day Program: Discussions, music, yoga, crafts, games, puzzles, pet therapies, meditation and occasional outings with nutritious lunch and snacks provided and transportation can be arranged.

Gentle Beginnings Midwifery has three offices. Our main office is in Cornwall and we also have satellite offices in Winchester and Embrun.

Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:00pm.

Services include transportation, Meals on Wheels, congregate dining, adult day service, friendly visiting, telephone reassurance, caregiver support, client intervention and assistance, home maintenance and home help services.

Centers also in Chesterville and South Mountain.
