As the Customer Service Representative, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing our customers with a seamless experience, while working hand in hand with production and logistics to capitalize on internal efficiencies.

Your day to day activities will include:
• Manage automated feeding programs and standing orders
• Curate and process orders accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure all orders are generated accurately and accompanied by appropriate labelling
• Interface with sales team regarding customer requirements, keeping them informed of order status and arising challenges
• Collaborate with office staff, dispatch and production team to create efficiencies in production
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through direct, open and interactive communication in order to provide excellent customer service
• Prepare raw ingredients and feed samples for submission to the laboratory for testing and analysis
• Professional and pleasant phone disposition in dealing with internal and external customers in a timely manner
• Provide coverage to invoicing and accounts payable functions as needed
• Complete general office filing duties
• Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate should enter the position with the following qualifications:
• Post-secondary education and/or two years relevant customer service experience
• Fluently bilingual in English and French (verbal and written)
• Agricultural background is preferable, with a working knowledge of medication and the MIB
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective time-management skills with ability to meet deadlines, and achieve targets in a team environment
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of software products
• Demonstrate applicable ethics and due diligence
• Effective attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
• Ability to respond appropriately in pressure situations with a calm and steady demeanour
