The lower tier municipalities of the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry and the City of Cornwall are seeking proposals for the supply of a telephone, internet, and composite paper ballot/tabulator voting system for the October 2026 Municipal and School Board elections.
Proposals must be submitted electronically to clerk@southglengarry.com to the attention of Kelli Campeau, General Manager of Corporate Services/Clerk by Monday, August 25, 2025 at 13:00 (1:00 PM, EDT). Proposals should be prominently identified in the email subject line with the RFP title and number.
