Main Street Water & Sewer Infrastructure Construction
Blastek Engineering Group has been retained by the Township’s Contractor, Robert Excavating to conduct pre-construction inspections of properties adjacent to the construction zone on Main Street, Winchester.
Participation in having a pre-construction inspection done is not mandatory, but it is recommended, and is also done free of charge for homeowners. They are currently going door-to-door to all the homeowners who received a letter two weeks ago to offer such inspections.
