Household Hazardous Waste Day
Residents of Dundas County are encouraged to bring household hazardous waste items such as waste oil, batteries, insecticides, pool chemicals and propane tanks to the Boyne Road Hazardous Waste Facility to safely dispose of them.
To help you with the disposal, we will remove the hazardous waste items from your vehicle for you when you arrive. These days are historically very busy, so please expect to wait in queue upon your arrival. Thank you for your patience.

For small quantities of household hazardous waste, the facility is open from May 10th until October 4th, Monday to Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00-11:30am.
