The next Township of North Dundas Municipal and School Board Elections will be held on Monday, Oct. 26, 2026. The Municipal Elections Act (MEA) is the legal framework that governs Municipal Elections in Ontario. The MEA outlines the procedures for the elections, such as nomination and voting processes, voter rights, and regulates fundraising functions and third-party advertisements. Voters will be able to cast their ballots through Internet or Telephone Voting. Advance voting will be available prior to Election Day on Oct. 26, 2026.
Residents and property owners will be able to cast their vote in the Municipal and School Board Elections from anywhere with internet access or telephone service. This means eligible voters will have the ability to vote from the comfort of their own home or on the go.
