Good news! Work on North Wing Rd. has been completed ahead of schedule and the road is now open to all traffic.

Please be advised that North Wing Road at County Road 3 in Winchester, will be closed for a culvert replacement from:
🕖 7:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 8th
to 4:00 p.m. Thursday, September 10th
🚫 NO THROUGH TRAFFIC AT WORK SITE
🚗 LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY - Access permitted for local residents from north side of work site to Thompson Rd.
