Road Closures for Winchester Garden Party Christmas Market - Sat. Nov 22

Please be advised that in order to facilitate the Winchester Garden Party Christmas Market, the following road closures will be in effect between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 22, 2025:

1. A portion of St. Lawrence St. (CR38) from Main Street (CR3) to Clarence Street Closed to All Traffic.
2. A portion of Victoria Street from St. Lawrence St. (CR38) to Albert Street to be Open to Local Traffic Only.
3. A portion of Victoria Street from St. Lawrence St. (CR38) to Louise St. to be Open to Local Traffic Only.
4. A portion of Caleb Street from St. Lawrence St. (CR38) to Albert Street to be Open to Local Traffic Only.
5. A portion of Church Street from St. Lawrence St. (CR38) to Louise Street to be Open to Local Traffic Only.

Traffic will be diverted to surrounding local roads by way of appropriate signage, as indicated on the attached map.   All barricades will be monitored at all times should emergency access be required.
