The Council of the Corporation of the Township of North Dundas passed interim control By-law 2020-52, affecting the establishment of cannabis production facilities in the Township of North Dundas, on the 3rd day of November, 2020, under Section 38 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.
