North Dundas Christmas Fund

Red kids snowsuit
November 5, 2021

Christmas can be a struggle for many people in our community.

The North Dundas Christmas Fund helps to provide individuals and families who reside in North Dundas Township with a seasonal Christmas meal, gifts and snowsuits for children 13 years of age and under. This year registration is open November 1st to 29th.

If you, or someone you know needs assistance this season, requests can be made for a seasonal basket, gifts and snowsuits by calling Community Food Share 613-774-0188 or House of Lazarus 613-989-3830.

The Angel Tree program provides an opportunity for community members to make a difference for families who may be struggling this holiday season. Angels specifying ages of children in need can be selected from the trees and attached to a suitable gift.

Angel Trees will be placed at:
Chesterville - Scotiabank and St. Mary’s Catholic Church
South Mountain - St. Daniel’s Catholic Church
Winchester - BMO, WDMH, St. Clare's Anglican Church and Winchester BMR.

Gift donations can be brought to any of these locations during their business hours from November 15th to December 13th. Winchester BMR will also accept monetary donations to help with the purchase of snowsuits.
