Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, the Township is currently unable to send or receive mail, which affects the delivery of water bills and landfill bills.
Water and Wastewater Bills:
Residents who normally receive water and wastewater bills by mail may experience delays. To avoid missing your bill or payment deadline (due October 30, 2025), we encourage you to sign up for our free and convenient e-billing service if you haven’t already.
If you are not registered for e-billing, you can:
Pick up your bill in person at the Township office during business hours (Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 2:30 pm).
Call the Township at 613-774-2105 to inquire about the amount owing and arrange for payment.
View your outstanding balance online anytime at https://online.northdundas.com/ and pay before the due date.
Landfill Monthly Bills:
Landfill monthly bills are also affected by the postal strike. These bills are available for pick up in person at the Township office during the same business hours. Residents are encouraged to collect their bills promptly to avoid any payment delays.
For any questions about your utility or landfill bills or to make payment arrangements, please contact the Township office at 613-774-2105.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.
