Mayor Tony Fraser and Deputy Mayor Theresa Bergeron presented owner Erin Hopkins with a commemorative scroll and held a ribbon cutting to mark this momentous occasion.
MP Eric Duncan and Meghann Gervais-Lynch from the North Dundas Chamber of Commerce were also in attendance to share in welcoming Erin to the community.
