Please be advised that Link Road in Winchester will be closed at the east end (near the dead end) from 7:00 a.m. on Monday, August 24, to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 26 to facilitate a culvert replacement.
There will be no through traffic at the work site during this time.
