WHEREAS |
the Ontario Municipal Act, S.O. 2001,
c.25 authorizes Council to establish fees; |
|
AND
WHEREAS |
the
Council of the Corporation of the Township of North Dundas is desirous of establishing fees for
certain licences, permits, certificates and for various services. |
|
NOW
THEREFORE |
the
Council of the Corporation of the Township of North Dundas enacts as follows: |
|
1) |
that the schedule of fees for various township services as set out
in Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this by-law is
hereby adopted. |
|
2) |
that insofar as it applies to the fees affected by this By-law,
any By-laws passed under the Municipal Act or its predecessor with
respect to fees for certain licences, permits, certificates, and
for various services are hereby repealed. |
|
3) |
that this By-law shall come into force and effect on May 1, 2004. |
|
